The Hotel Manager supervises all hotel operations on board the ship:
- Responsible for the shop and hairdresser/Wellness department

1. LEARN

In cadrul acestui program veti avea posibilitatea de a invata limba olandeza, cunoasterea acesteia fiind o conditie importanta in desfasurarea activitatii dumneavoastra viitoare. Durata cursurilor este de 6 luni. In cadrul primelor 4 luni veti beneficia de cursuri intensive de limba olandeza, iar in urmatoarele 2 luni ale programului acestea vor fi completate de cursuri si informatii referitoare la protocoalele specifice sistemului medical olandez.
Dupa parcurgerea tuturor pasilor programului veti, deveni angajatii partenerului nostru din Olanda si veti putea desfasura activitatea in cadrul unui spital sau al unui camin de ingrijire pentru varstnici,  pentru o perioada de mimim un an.

2. TEST

Dupa finalizarea celor 6 luni ale stagiului de pregatire veti sustine o proba finala care sa ateste cunostintele dobandite.
Promovarea acesteia va va garanta ca sunt pregatiti sa indepliniti cu succes responsabilitatile care va vor fi alocate in Olanda.

3. PERFORM

Pe parcursul contractului veti avea posibilitatea de a participa la cursurile sustinute de partenerii nostri din Olanda, pentru a va imbunatati cunostintele de limba olandeza si pentru a ramane la curent cu tendintele profesiei dumneavoastra.

Pe parcursul sederii in Olanda va oferim:
Cazare in apartamente. Intr-un apartament vor locui cel mult 3 – 4 persoane.  Apartamentele noastre respecta standardele olandeze de omologare a cazarilor – Certified Flex Home.

Transport cu autoturisme de 4 pana la 8 locuri. In fiecare zi puteti beneficia de transport de la locul de cazare pana la locul de munca si retur.

Serviciile de cazare si transport ale companiei sunt platite de catre fiecare angajat care beneficiaza de acestea.

Consiliere. Un consultant al Work Experience si al partenerului nostru extern va va sprijini pe parcursul sederii in Olanda. Se asigura consultanta atat pentru integrarea la locul de munca cat si in afara acestuia Va va fi indicata persoana responsabila pentru discutarea si rezolvarea situatiilor aparute atat la locul de munca cat si in viata de zi cu zi.
