Locurile de munca oferite sunt atat in cadrul spitalelor cat si in cadrul caminelor de ingrijire a varstnicilor. Acestea cuprind urmatoarele specializari:

    Asistenti medicali terapie intensiva
    Asistenti medicali chirurgie
    Asistenti medicali anestezisti
    Asistenti medicali generalisti

In parteneriat cu spitale si case de ingrijire pentru varstnici din Olanda oferim experienta unui loc de munca si posibilitati de specializare asistentilor medicali generalisti.

De asemenea prin intermediul companiei noastre aveti posibilitatea de a invata Limba Olandeza, gratuit, timp de 5 luni, la Cluj-Napoca. Pe parcursul acestui program de pregatire veti beneficia de o bursa de studiu, in valoare de 300 euro/net/lunar. Programul continua cu un stagiu de practica in Olanda, durata acestuia este de o luna. Astfel puteti beneficia de intreaga pregatire necesara pentru dezvoltarea unei cariere in domeniul medical.

Pana in anul 2014, datorita prevederilor legislative in vigoare, acest program se adreseaza candidatilor care au posibilitatea de a obtina cetatenia maghiara.

Programul de pregatire pentru persoanele care nu au posibilitate sa obtina dubla cetatenie va incepe la mijlocul anului 2013. Recrutare va incepe in 15.05.2013.

1. LEARN

In cadrul acestui program veti avea posibilitatea de a invata limba olandeza, cunoasterea acesteia fiind o conditie importanta in desfasurarea activitatii dumneavoastra viitoare. Durata cursurilor este de 6 luni. In cadrul primelor 4 luni veti beneficia de cursuri intensive de limba olandeza, iar in urmatoarele 2 luni ale programului acestea vor fi completate de cursuri si informatii referitoare la protocoalele specifice sistemului medical olandez.
Dupa parcurgerea tuturor pasilor programului veti, deveni angajatii partenerului nostru din Olanda si veti putea desfasura activitatea in cadrul unui spital sau al unui camin de ingrijire pentru varstnici,  pentru o perioada de mimim un an.

2. TEST

Dupa finalizarea celor 6 luni ale stagiului de pregatire veti sustine o proba finala care sa ateste cunostintele dobandite.
Promovarea acesteia va va garanta ca sunt pregatiti sa indepliniti cu succes responsabilitatile care va vor fi alocate in Olanda.

3. PERFORM

Pe parcursul contractului veti avea posibilitatea de a participa la cursurile sustinute de partenerii nostri din Olanda, pentru a va imbunatati cunostintele de limba olandeza si pentru a ramane la curent cu tendintele profesiei dumneavoastra.

Pe parcursul sederii in Olanda va oferim:
Cazare in apartamente. Intr-un apartament vor locui cel mult 3 – 4 persoane.  Apartamentele noastre respecta standardele olandeze de omologare a cazarilor – Certified Flex Home.

Transport cu autoturisme de 4 pana la 8 locuri. In fiecare zi puteti beneficia de transport de la locul de cazare pana la locul de munca si retur.

Serviciile de cazare si transport ale companiei sunt platite de catre fiecare angajat care beneficiaza de acestea.

Consiliere. Un consultant al Work Experience si al partenerului nostru extern va va sprijini pe parcursul sederii in Olanda. Se asigura consultanta atat pentru integrarea la locul de munca cat si in afara acestuia Va va fi indicata persoana responsabila pentru discutarea si rezolvarea situatiilor aparute atat la locul de munca cat si in viata de zi cu zi.

Detalii oferta:

    Salarizare la nivel european – incepand de la 1700 euro/brut/luna (dupa deducerea taxelor si a cazarii se ajunge la 1250 euro/net/luna)
    Cazare si transport pe parcursul sederii in Olanda
    Consiliere in integrarea la locul de munca, un reprezentant al companiei noastre va va oferii toate informatiile necesare pe intrega durata sederii in Olanda
    Ore suplimentare platite
    Posibilitatea de va imbunatati cunostintele de Limba Olandeza in cadrul programelor sustinute de partenerii nostri din Olanda.

In acest moment dorim sa implicam in procesul de recrutare si selectie, pentru posturile vacante din Olanda, candidati care respecta urmatoarele cerinte:

    Studii de specialitate: studii universitare sau studii postliceale de 3 ani (finalizate dupa anul 2008)
    Disponibilitatea de a invata limba olandeza
    Cetatenia si pasaportul maghiar – sau posibilitatea de a obtine aceste documente. Pana in anul 2014, datorita prevederilor legislative in vigoare, acest program se adreseaza candidatilor care au posibilitatea de a obtina cetatenia maghiara.

TRAVEL EXPENSES: The candidate have to pay MAXIMUM NOK 2.500,- for travel, we will pay the rest of the costs. The Flight expenses will be deducted at the Salary. The flight tickets are around 4.500 NOK around 2500 deducted from Salary, the rest supported by our client.
Taxes will be deducted from the salary in terms of tax cards in Norway. Taxes in Norway is from 26 – 36%.
