2. Horizontal milling, 3-axes with Haidenhain TNC-135 control. Axis Movement: 1800x1600x1200 (XYZ) Machine Product: Union FB110.
The work consists mainly in the processing of medium-sized steel structures / parts. Div production.
Is informed that, depending on the operators can work independently. As for design, rigging tools and programming control himself. And use measuring equipment.

Requirements
The candidate must be trained as CNC milling operator - and can document this.
Previous experience minimum 5 years on the position.
Candidate MUST have good spoken and written English skills.

Contract time: First there is a contract period of 6 month. However, the the work is scheduled to be longer – and if the candidate is doing a good job – there will be work available for long time ahead. We also have a “Tripple-contract with our client, and it is possible that the candidate will be hired directly via the client after 6 months.

We are looking for experienced welders who have experience in the
PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene) - welding of plastic pipes and installation of manholes in tranches. Most of the work
is done outside, welding and laying pipes in ditches - as the escalator is
filling after them. In the pipes it is either sewage dirt or water.
There
will be used both mirror welding and electrofusion pipe welding
procedure. The electrofusion (EF) technique is mainly used for welding
pipes made from PE, for the water and gas utilities, although PP and
PVDF can also be EF welded. This technique permits joining of
pre-assembled pipes and fittings to be carried out with minimum
equipment. It also offers a number of practical advantages to the
installer; it is easy to use for repairs and where the available space
and pipe movement is limited. The EF welding process involves the use of
a fitting, which is basically an outer sleeve with a coil of electrical
resistance wire at the bore, which the two pipe ends slide into. An
internal stop prevents the pipe ends from meeting. Before welding, the
pipe ends are cut square, the pipe surfaces to be joined are scraped to
reveal uncontaminated material and the pipes are clamped to eliminate
movement between the pipes and fitting. The welding process, where a
current is passed through the coil to heat it to a temperature above the
melting point of the surrounding polymer, can be divided into three
stages: i) initial heating and fitting expansion, ii) heat soak to
create the joint and finally iii) joint cooling. The duration of stages
i) and ii) is commonly termed the 'fusion time'
