THE ROLE OF PHARMACY MANAGER
As a Pharmacy Manager you will work closely with local healthcare professionals to develop new
and existing services in line with the needs of the local community.
A community pharmacy branch can dispense between 1000 to 3000 items per
week, typically trading 6 days per week. Our community branches are
typically located in either rural/village locations, small town high
streets and shopping centeres, suburban shopping parades, within or
adjacent to a health center and occasionally in supermarket interiors.
Leading a dedicated healthcare team, you will focus on providing all
round healthcare solutions by building relationships with customers to
ensure the branch business plan is delivered.
A Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the
branch and benefits from a local, regional and central structure which
provides access to other pharmacists for both support and advice. You
will also be supported by an Area Development Manager who will help to
drive forward excellence in the business. Our Pharmacists normally work
as the only qualified pharmacist on the premises, except in our high
volume branches where second pharmacist support is sometimes provided.

You will be keen to develop others as well as maintaining your own

Registered as a practising pharmacist with the Royal Pharmaceutical
Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) or the Pharmaceutical Society of
Northern Ireland (PSNI) you will be considered the local expert and
someone who can develop strong partnerships with local General
Practitioner surgeries.

The HOTEL ENTERTAINERS will have to make sure the guests enjoy their holidays and want to spend as much time as possible inside the hotel. The Hotel Entertainer team is responsible for the daytime activities and the evening entertainment.
PR: This is one of the most important aspects for a successful fit back of your guests. PR means nothing more than to talk to the guests, promoting the evening show and theme nights of the hotel.
Daytime activities: During the day The HOTEL ENTERTAINER is responsible to organize and coach all the activities such as water polo, volleyball, darts, Olympic Day, Super Team Challenge etc.
Kids club: For the children there are special theme days such as Pirate day, Indian day, Olympic day etc.
Evening program: Every evening starts with mini disco for the children, followed by a game night: karaoke night, bingo night, quiz night, Of course all performed live and of quality standards. The training for hotel entertainer job will take place in Paphos Garden Hotel for 10 days before starting in the hotel that you are going to be placed.
