 3 female & 2 male students for restaurants - beach service (need to be very good and comparatively experienced in previous greek hotels)
1 female student for bar- needs to have previous bartendering experience
2 female spa masseurs, 1 female spa reception desk as well as for manicure and pedicure duties (all three females for this department need to have beauty studies or saloon experience) - students with experience or regular
3 male students for general duties (mainly looking and handling the washing machines-laundry)
2 male students for cleaning – chambermen positions
2 male students for groom (general duties)
2 cooks (b cooks, this is the second cook after the main cook, chief of the reastuarant), again needs to have very good knowledge of the mediterranean menu and experience from a la cart resaurants)  
1 confectionery maker to have past experience for pastas and sweets, especially easter – greek delights)
3 women dishwashers (regular employees)

There are two type of placements for this job:
- Work and Travel placement: only for students. All the candidates need to have the student status. The previous experience in hospitality field is recommended not mandatory.
- Work Experience placements: everybody can apply.  At least one year of previous experience in hospitality is mandatory.
The English level skilled at minim conversational is required. German and France is a second must.

The salary will be:
students: 400 - 500 euro/month
regulars with little experience: 500 euro/month
experienced staff: 600 - 700 euro/month
For Work and Travel program, all the students will receive a 200 Euros bonus or higher pocket money will be arranged for the airticket issue.

Waiter/Waitress

Food and Beverages department:
- cleaning up the work area before the start;
- making sure that tables are read, ashtrays are put on the places, and everything is read for the clients' lunch or dinner, or breakfast!
- serving in a restaurant means being able to remember the food deliveries, as well as carrying trays full of plates, and knowing the ethics of placing the order in front of the clients (unless of the  position is of waitress-waiter assistant).
At the end of the day you have to gather everything, plates, knifes, spoons, clean up the area, the tables, and rinse up the accessories if needed and placing it to dishwashing machine.
Waitress needs to be smiling, careful with the clients even if the client is too harsh or of a difficult character- demanding! Clean uniforms and smiling faces as well as politeness is always a must while on duty!
All the F&B applicants have to be appointed for the menu of the day to appoint any customers asking information.

Bar waitress

The candidate will work in the pool Bar, preparing and serving coffees and drinks.

ESTIMATED Working hrs: 9 per day schedule: 11.00 am – 20.00 pm
ESTIMATED Working days: 7 per week

To apply in the Work and Travel program all the candidates have to prove their student status.

Skills: Sociable, Smiley, Excellent Appearance, Work Experience in Bar.
Language: English at advanced level skills is mandatory. French or German is an advantage

All students are offered by the hotel:

1. Accommodation
Room for max 3 people
Room description: Beds;wardrobe;TV;window;Private bathroom;Garden

2. Meals:
Continental breakfast + lunch + dinner

3. Health insurance expenses
All students should carry their European health card.
All students should have their private health certification with them.
All students should have the criminal records and their ID/Passport card.

4. Recommendation letter
Students will be given a recommendation letter at the end of the training period by the hotel manager.
