Main responsibilities:
- Check customers' identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Escort customers to their tables.
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.

Main requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in Hospitality & Catering on a job mentioned earlier
- Very good English, verbal and written communication skills, because all the candidates will need to pass several English interviews

Salary: £6.00- £13.00 per hour.
Hours Per Week: 40 – 45 hours per week. Assistance with accommodation, which is provided with charge, between 55 £ and100 £ /week depending on location and benefits. Utilities: the majority of the accommodations have the bills included in the price of the accommodation.

Food: Some employers provide food during work shifts, which is payed by the candidate but the price is very low: £1,0 - 1,5/meal, and you can also cook at the accommodation.
