As an HR administrator, your role is a mixture of admin and HR, also known as human resources and personnel. The proportions of each will vary according to the organization, department and your own background and talents.

You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following:
* Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
* Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers' and pensions information.
* Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
* Assist in the recruitment process - ie. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.

Requirements
To be a good HR administrator, you'll need:

    * Strong administration skills
    * Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
    * A high level of confidentiality
    * Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
    * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    * The flexibility and willingness to learn
    * To enjoy working with people
    * Tact and diplomacy
    * Good administrative skills
    * The ability to work as part of a team
    * The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail

The candidate must be at least 35 years old, have at least 3-4 years experience in HR dept, be able to speak, read and write English clearly and distinctly (Arabic knowledge is welcome), previous eastern experience is welcome, ability to manage international staff  (5 persons).

Other Information
* Round way air tickets, insurance, housing, feeding, visa expenses and medical exams expenses are paid by the company for each candidate.
* During the holiday the candidate has to come back to Romania. He will receive 50% of his salary.
Location: Tripoli / Monthly net salary proposal : USD 1’200.00 (50% on holiday) / Rotation: 3 months work / 3 weeks holidays.
