Job Description: This busy 4 star hotel operation are currently looking a commis chef to join there team. The hotel produces 4 star food, that use a core menu. The chefs must have kitchen experience within a 3 star hotel operation, knowledge of fresh produce would be an advantage.  Will be required to assist with starters and preparation for mains, covering restaurant and banqueting facilities.

Minimum three years of experience in hospitality fields. Candidates with diplomas and references are preferred.  English level at least intermediate.
